I hate the stock angel eyes an i no everyone says go lux. I have an e92 i never saw lux in person but in pictures during the day it looks like you cant see the outter ring i want my ae to look like the new ones do during the day and at night im not sure if lux does this duringthe day and i stuck now!

Nothing will be exactly like like LCI angel eyes; the headlights are of a completely different design, so it's not like they're using some super-bulb, it's just some very high powered LEDs arranged differently inside the headlights. But at any rate; if you want them to look as close to the new ones as you can, you're going to want the OSS rings. Around 500-600, they're obviously more expensive than LUX, but they put LED rings behind the Angel eyes, bypassing the engineering flaw that makes the outer ring less bright than the inner ring. They do this by cutting open your headlights. Now, that might bother some people more than others, but to me, it's not worth it. If it is to you, that's totally fine by me, everyone's needs are different. That's why there are a bunch of different solutions. But you sound like the kinda guy that would really appreciate the OSS solution.

depending where in NY you are there are probably a bunch of people with the LUX angel eyes. Post something up in the local area and see if you can find something with a set to see in person

Sorry to say this but there is absolutely no way you are going to get a plug and play option that will look as bright as the 2011s do during the day. You can opt for OSS but that is $$$$ and would have to send in the headlights. The best option that's plug and play is the LUX. You can also go HID but the LUX IMO are more evenly distributed.

Come to ANY of the tri-state meets, I can almost guarantee that at least one person there will have the lux aes, haha.
