Sup everybody! You may or may not have seen me posting up on these boards - not to sure if I've posted in this section before but...

Specifically the Aqua Marina Del Rey.

Long story short my very good friend who is moving out from the midwest just got a 3 bedroom at this place - and basically invited me to drive down and stay there for pretty much the whole summer. Now I'm down as hell and he says it was really nice when he went to visit it - but just for fun I googled the place....and there were mixed reviews but a lot of it didn't sound too good...talk of a lot of car break ins.... and this concerns me and makes me question whether or not I feel safe having my car with me... So wanted I wanted to ask was how safe is Marina Del Rey these days and does anyone have any experience with this building and if my car will be safe? Can anyone shed any insight as to what this place is like?
