Where to buy CLEAR/EURO reflectors for prelci e90 headlights...
Surely they exist somewhere. I want to get the OSS treatment but don't want my amber to be painted black, would much rather it be clear, so I'm looking to buy just the clear reflector so Luis can use it when he opens the lights. Anyone have any ideas?

Bump. I imagine there would be a large market for these if someone could source them.

Well thing is in order to install them u need to crack open the headlights first. Usually if people go through that much work they are getting LED angel eyes installed and most people opt for the blackout for the more aggressive look. Since there's only a handful of people with OSS/LS3 or similar products my guess is that people aren't going to crack open their headlights just to replace the amber. The market for those clear reflectors I assume would be only to those handful which isn't that much.

I'll be painting my amber reflectors gloss black but I have a set of euro junkers I'm doing testing on for a custom angel eye setup.
PM an offer for the euro reflectors. |

Yeah... I just really really prefer the look of a euro reflector than a painted black one on a Tiag. In my previous cars people cracked open headlights to replace the amber, and reading through old threads there appears to be a demand for these now. In my old ride, people just took the material that makes covers for ceiling fluorescent tube lights and heated/bent it, but doubt that'll work with our cars. A LOT sold, and that was a much smaller market.

Depo P90's is another option to achieve the look you are going for. Unfortunately these headlights do not bake open as easily as other cars. Damage is iminent for most. It has been attempted by many... accomplished by few.

You cut the adhesive, both above and underneath and it just comes apart. I didn't use any heat and had the euro housing opened in 15 minutes. |

To do it properly takes 4-5 hours per headlight total. About 1-1.5 to open, 2-2.5 to clean the edges of the housing and lens, .5 to seal.
As for the reflectors, get in touch with e90 parts sellers on ebay.co.uk and ask if they could ship a few sets over. I paid $100 for mine off a forum member about a year ago, never seen any since. |
