Proceed V5 CANclear cannot clear codes, in limp mode :(

So I have a Proceed V5 with the 12-17 autotune map. I'm getting a CEL which is strange since the CAN Clear function is supposed to clear codes automatically. When I checked the codes, I'm getting two (2ABC 10940 Charging pressure sensor, electrical; and 3100 12544 boost-pressure control, deactivation). Anyway, my user adjustables set CANclear On, and my Map settings also have CANclear set to On.

Anyone know why the Proceed cannot clear these?

Thanks.

Procede only automatically clears tuner codes. You don't want it clearing codes that show problems with your car.

I received those codes when i first tested this map back in December but i did recalled after i reinstall the firmware, update the map, and reset the adaptions, i no longer receive the codes. Why not update to the new 5-10 map? You will love it, trust me.

Oh, I forgot to mention that without the Proceed or any other mods installed, there is no codes. I'm only getting the codes when I install the Proceed.

I did reinstall firmware and the the stock 12-17 6AT map like 5 times. No luck as the codes keep coming back and forces the car into limp mode.

Have you update your DME lately? If so, try to new 5-10 map.

or the older map 3-30, which is more stable.

Thanks for the suggestion. I just updated to the 5-10 firmware and maps. I then cleared all codes manually. Turned the car on, no codes showing in the Channel Log. Then 10 seconds later, the CEL reappears and the same codes are shown in the Channel Log. No matter what I do, these codes and Limp Mode come on.

When I clear the codes and disconnect the Proceed (bring the car back to stock), the codes never appear so I know it's the Proceed. Weird.

Seems you have some faulty wiring maybe in the proceed.

Are you saying you think it was installed incorrectly or the Proceed itself is faulty? When it was reinstalled yesterday it was working fine for about an hour until the codes returned this morning, so it would seem that is unlikely that the install was bad, however I can check on this.

Well the code is about a sensor so the signal to it that probably goes through the proceed might be interrupted. I would contact vishnu support about this. You might need to send it in .

It's better to contact the Vishnu team and have them troubleshoot this issue for you. Or they might send you the new map to see if this issue will resolve.

No, the Proceed was shipped back yesterday so Vishnu could diagnose the unit. My car is back to stock and I have no codes.

Call Robert at Vishnu, he is good at remote diagnostics. I just think in this case, the problem may be the hardware. It happened to me before a few years back with V1.
