Huge, HUGE dealer Recommendation - and some BMW feelgood!
As some of you know, the love affair with 335D has so far been what can best be described as "rocky".
However, all the warranty work and servicing over the last four months has been done by Elms in Great Shelford (and now in their superb office in Cambourne). So far, absolutely faultless, service department has been great. Even when AVIS screwed my rental car up, the service team sent me out a courtesy car to pick me up. Now they've gone and sealed the deal for me. After a quick email to their customer service, Elms have left me pretty much speechless and have donated a car for my best friends daughters sweet 16 prom, a black 2011 - 325i M sport convertible. So, anyone in the BMW networks thats reading this, take a leaf out of Elms book. They're hands down the best dealer service I've ever had, which, considering Robinson Mercedes in Cambridge were pretty flawless with my SLK, is no mean feat. |

Glad you are happy.
FWIW I bought my 330d coupe from them about 3 months ago - they were very good. Efficient, courteous and gave me a better deal than the other 2 garages I went to ... which was nice |

Used them a few times in the past. Quite clueless
on some things. Glad you have had a postive outcome. Is the car anymore reliable for all this?!

Coopers are coming to collect it this week, not sure when yet. I hope its the last of the reliability woes. I cant help but wonder if the second boost hose failure was linked to the first.
