Climate control abruptly stopped working
Ok, so my A/C just randomly shut off. However, the climate control display still is working, and the display changes when I change the controls, like the A/C actually is functioning. Any idea what could be causing this?

What exactly do you mean by "display changes when I change the controls, like the A/C actually is functioning"? AFAIK, there no indication on the actual LCD display whether the A/C is functioning or not. The only A/C indicator on the climate control panel is that little green LED on the A/C button (the one with the snowflake on it). The fact that you can change the temperature value shown on the display has absolutely nothing to do with your A/C functioning or not.
When your A/C randomly shuts off (as you say), what happens to that little green LED? Does the LED shut off as well? Or the LED stays on (as if the A/C is on), but you feel that there's no cold air coming from the vents? P.S. After rereading your post I figured that you probably are using the terms "A/C" and "climate control" interchangeably (even though these are not the same). If so, you need to provide more details about what exactly is not working. The fan is not blowing? The heater is not heating? The actual A/C is not cooling? Something else? The fan has stopped blowing all together. Sorry I wasn't more clear, I have no idea if the A/C is working...no air is coming out of the vents. Basically I'll put it this way...for me, it has always been if the fan is not blowing, NOTHING shows up on the LED display. Now the display is lit up (as if the fan is operating), and nothing is coming out of the vents. Almost as if the controls are not communicating with the rest of the climate control system. Does that make sense at all?

This is a common problem, this could be what is called the "final stage unit" or "blower motor resistor".
Do a and you will find information and the experiences of others. Good luck!

I just did a search, I would be willing to bet that's it, based off of everyone else's experience. I'll look into it. Thanks!
