I agree with this statement. It's because the LEDs are brightly lit up and that's why they look white.

Those and all of the other OEM clear lights are legal since they have a red reflector mounted below them on the bumper.

Pretty much there was a law put into effect about 10 years ago due to the ricer fad

I read some post last year that indicated the E92 (LCI) Whitelines were canceled.
