halogen beam off centered

ive tried adjusting with the white plastic screw knob, and it doesnt raise it high enough. i believe it has to do with the little plastic piece in front of the bulb being crooked (one with the tiny hole in the middle), but i can't adjust it without opening the housing i assume? thanks

you need to reseat the bulb in the holder. you dont have it placed in there correctly

hm...just got the car back from the shop after an accident, so they put this new headlight housing in. ill try reseating it tomorrow. its either that or i'll pull the bulb out and attempt to adjust that plastic thing
