FS: 4 x 189 style 18" wheels + runflats
As above, selling my 189 18" wheels (just put the VMR 710 on.. woot)
The wheels are curbed. 2 are moderately curbed, 1 mildly curbed, and 1 is somehow still uncurbed The wheels come with the runflats. These runflats have had ~30,000km of highway driving. Having said that, I will not estimate how much thread is left on them, but I would venture not much.. a few pics to help you decide. I consider the runflats a freebie more or less anyway. So I'm open to offers... if anyone wants some curbed 189s (see pics) PM me! |

by the looks of those pics it looks to be a fair bit of tread! at least 10,000kms or enough to get you around in the meantime at least.
Dave if you want to repair the curbrash it's about $70-100 a wheel depending on condition.. |

Ok, so I have used the 'card technique' to measure the tread on these run flats. They are actually a bit better than I thought
I am no "tyre genious" so take what I say with a huge grain of salt and I would welcome anyone who wants to have a look I have measured tread and found the average depth to be between 5-7mm. I do not know if this is good or bad, as I said they have done ~30,000k on them. NB. this sale is without the BMW hubcaps (ie. what you see in the photos is what you get). BMW hubcaps are pretty cheap to buy online/ebay et cetera though I was thinking ~$800 for tyres + rims(+ shipping), play with one hand thought that price was lol and I'm happy to negotiate a fair price (as I dont really know how much they are worth) located in melb cheers guys |
