Spare key

I need to get a 2nd key, however I'm sure these keys are a fortune. What's my best bet here?

Is the stealership my only option?

yes i know but i thought maybe if he never got a second key if he went to the dealer saying that they'd give him a second key for free since he never got one. its worth a try

When you get the key... BMW has to reprogram it.... and when you reprogram the keys.... both keys has to be reprogram it... otherwise one will work and the other wont ... GL
