FS: N54 Engine with 6 Speed Trans

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
Hello all,
I am selling an N54 that was taken out of wrecked 335i. The car had ~3,000 miles on it. Please see my eBay listing for the other details and pics. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. I am more active on the M3Forums and the Bimmerforums so please forgive my low post count on here.

The item is located in Middletown, CT.

The flat out asking price is $8,000 but I am completely open to any reasonable offer. Please let me know if there is anything else I can answer for you all. Thanks.
-Nick

Edit - A question was asked regarding fitment of different vehicles other than a 335. I am unable to guarantee this for anything but a 335 since that was what it came out of. Please keep this in mind when considering the engine. Thank you!

At this time I am looking to sell the engine as complete. I will certainly keep you in mind if I decide to take the part out route. Thank you!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think a 335 engine will fit in the 135. I understand it's all "n54" but I know for a fact that 135 turbo housings (for example) are different than 335. I'm sure you could swap various parts to make this fit in a 135, but as-is, I don't think it will.

I am very tempted though...hmmm

Then why do 335 turbos not fit on a 135?

Good question. I honestly do not know the answer. I'm going to edit the post to address this concern. Thank you for pointing this out!
