Help with Garage in London

I bought a 08 520D in December, couple of weeks back it said rear right fog light had gone. Now it says all the rear right lights have gone.

Secondly I can hear a rattel kind of click noise when I switch one from the nearside front near the wheel. The noise is mainly when I switch on engine in drive way.

Can anyone help with above problems and recommend a garage in North London (Barnet/Enfield) which can help me?

Have you checked if the light cluster is knackered? or is it just the lamps?
Could be a loose connector if the whole cluster has gone, I'm no mechanic, just a couple of ideas.

Thanks for the tip, I don't have much idea as I'm not very techie but I shall google and check it out. I previously read online that this has been a problem of fuse or something not being able to handle the load.

Has anyone used a garage in North London they can recommend?
