yep! Was the battery! my swimming pool cleaner helped me jump start my car! It's weird though, its basically a new car -_-. Thanks all for your help. Next week i'm going to take my intake and tune off and go to the dealership!

Word of advice not a good idea jumping the batteries on these cars..the electronics are quite sensitive...glad it worked out just the same.
