This is a stupid question I should know the answer to, but searched, and did not find what I needed.

I replaced my stock intake with the OEM Perf. intake a while back. Do I need to replace or clean the filter? If so, how often does it need to be done?

I think the perf intake comes with a K&N filter right..? In which case I think you can just follow the cleaning guide provided for their other filters (like the drop-in for stock airbox) and just.. vacuum, rinse with water, I think you could use soap too.. correct me if I'm wrong, and then reapply the oil..? As too how often, whatever makes you happy!

I would clean kn filter after 15-20k miles or ever other oil change.

Use a kn filter cleaning kit! All instructions come with cleaning kit. You can buy almost any auto parts store.
