Thanks! I used to make these really good stuffed jalapenos fried with my creole batter that's phenomenal, but it's been a good while.

Meh, guac is so so. It takes a really good recipe for me to enjoy it.

I never liked it until I found this run down Mexican restaurant that turned me into a believer. I bribed their chef to give me pointers and I truly hope I wont disappoint myself.

Still, I have a bad, bad spice addiction going on here now. This is completely out of hand now.

Well if you come out on top with a good guac recipe, please share with me, because my taste has been tainted and would love to try some real guac.

No such this as an out on control spice addiction.

According to my massive research it as all recipes comes down to ingredients. If 95% of it is avocados, picking the right and ripe one should be the key.

I'll report later.

fresh, slightly still hard HAAS avocados. Dice some jalapeno and chili de arbol. Generous portion of ajo (garlic) and some fresh tomatoes. Crush/rub some cilantro to sprinkle on top. Can include finely diced habeneros if so inclined and the Mexicans can keep up with Huerto. But fresh, slightly hard Haas are key.

SOME people increase the creamyness with Mayonaise, but not this Heurto

Ive spent the day dying because I totally ate too much. The guacamole was average at best (my fault) but omc the fried jalapenos, the garlic in the salsa, the beef and the salad made I all worth my time.

All in all I'd give a modest 8/10 to myself again and you fast food addicts suck.
