Any tips for getting sleep? Like, actually getting to sleep instead of laying on the bed, eye wide open, contemplating wether my extended warranty will cover my gas door actuator?

Not really I get to sleep fine usually, just wake up too early daily. Comfortable mattress maybhelp, and changing sleep habits. Worrying about car won't help.

My gym has a ladies area where I do weights. However the gym is moving to a new location where I believe there will no longer be a separate area for women. This scares me as I can't imagine doing weights amongst big guys like you. Advice?

I've never seen a gym with it separated like that. You will be fine. Just get in there and do your thing. Act like you belong. Our gym actually has a caged off area for deads, and squat which women still frequent.

grimlock - I could dunk at 40...It wasn't pretty and graceful like when I was 25. And no, I was not a fitness freak. I've stated a couple of time - it is mostly genetic you are born with that allow a person to maximize potential.

My greatest fear at 40 was tearing an ACL either jumping or landing. Thankfully - neither of those happened.

Then u stopped immediately, right?

I reached my atheletic peak at 16 or so, landed on someone's ankle, was never the same afterward.
Basketball/soccer in early 20's was already taxing, but i think i have anemia and a bad chest cavity.
I guess i don't exercise because i dont get fat anyway (no yummy american food

), i could probably bust out a few moves ie. sprint 100% for 50m, jump out of the way of a car, or sucker punch someone if needed

Basically I'm pretty sedentary.

What worries me is seeing my lardass, physically uncoordinated 60+ dad trying to swim in the ocean.. he has no good estimation of his abilities, u have to keep an eye on him cuz he could just go under at any moment without warning.
