canadian33 , I hope you’re still on this forum. The connecteddrive subscription on my 2016 328xi ended last month. I purchased the connecteddrive service and RTTI three weeks ago (paid $200). The “send destination to car” still doesn’t work. RTTI works fine.
I’ve already updated the navi unit and have done a reset but it still doesn’t work. My dealership couldn’t help, and sent an email to the connected drive email team. canadian33 Quick question, is the connected drive services (RTT and App support like Spotify) only three years? I find that weird as the cars are usually a 4 year lease and so is the warranty. My car's RTT and Spotify app (I don't have CarPlay) is only three years.
