It’s disappointing to see Lando at McClaren at the moment. I feel he has the talent and race craft to consistently contend for wins but it looks like we won’t find out if he spends his best years there while they are stuck in this uncompetitive lull. It’s also unlikely to change anytime soon with the budget cap and engine freeze. Once his contract is up I hope he can move to the big 3 so we can find out while he’s still in his 20s.

Losing Monaco would be a huge loss to the sport. When I think of F1, the first things that come to mind are Monza and Monaco. I know we didn't have it in 2020 because of irrational paranoia over the flu (nice to see Ferrari sticking with the face rags even now because....well I have no idea), and that was a huge hole in the year. Yes the race is generally not very good, but it's just the scenery and seeing those beautiful machines carve through a space on this earth where they should never, ever be that just makes it incredible. Man what a loss for that sport that would be, I'd just hate to see it.

Spa, Austria, and Mexico can't go either. Spa obviously because it's one of the best/most beautiful tracks in the world, and Mexico because it's just a really cool track in a part of the world that needs something to be happy about. Austria has all the beauty and history of F1, it might be my favorite track of all. If F1 needs to make room for those tracks and the new Vegas circuit, my vote is dumping every track in the middle east. Bahrain, Jeddah, and Abu Dhabi all suck. Bahrain and Abu Dhabi are boring races in the middle of the desert with no ambience, and Jeddah is a complete catastrophe of a track that is going to kill somebody one day. It's sad to think it's all about money/money/money, so of course those three boring ass/ugly races will stay on the calendar while we potentially lose three (or more) races with the history that makes F1.

Well back to business and the race my friend, Ferrari's and other customer teams PU's went back to Maranello to be checked. There has been no news if anything was done to them to make them more reliable, for instance were they allowed to actually open them up? being tagged, numbered and monitored by FIA.
We know that there's possibly an updated version coming for Monza as the frozen PU under the rules.

I heard SPA will be there , also in 2023 ..
I can tell you that SPA looks even better now , with the new grandstands , the new security measures on top of Eau-Rouge and gravel traps .
