The mold of the VRS splitters sort of resemble the way I have the splitters painted on my car now. What do you guys think?

I dont think we should be that quick to judge. The front splitters are not even painted yet. And with a nice aftermarket exhaust to fill the holes of the diffuser, i think it'll start growing on you.
Although im still on the fence about the diffuser design, it is nice to see something new with the "f1-esque" center vent. |

I generally like the front splitters but they look too plain, too similar to the OEM mtech splitters. I think we've all seen more creative designs from vorsteiner... They could definitely do better. What I do like about them are the lines that separate the areas that are supposed to be painted and left exposed. How about a "mild/subtle" version 1 design (splitters) and a more aggressive/sporty version 2 design (full lip)?
That rear designer is just blah, unimaginative. I like the fins which make it look similar to their non-mtech diffusor but that completely non-functional hole in the middle makes it look ricey. Again, Vorsteiner has and can do much better. Whatever the final design turns out, I hope they do a dual and quad version. What I'd love to see Vorsteiner do is some full CF side skirts, and maybe even a full CF front bumper. |

Okay so I'm going with the OEM splitters after seeing this. The rear diffuser is too much in my opinion.
That's what happens when you try to hard I guess................. |

Not a fan of the diffuser. I would've been happy if it just had 3 or 4 fins instead of the vent in the middle.
As for the splitters, I like them, but the problem is, we have many options for splitters, but few for front lips. I personally was expecting a front lip similar to the m3

I have to agree with you all on this. I am not a fan of the rear. The front splitters are nice, but should be introduced as a 1pc splitter.
Let me call Vorsteiner and see what can be done here. After all, you guys liked the work we did with the V-35 hood design, right? JL |

those look very nice, and yes it is pretty crazy how your paint job closely resembles the indentations on the front of the VRS splitters. Are yours OEM?

I agree . . . a little disappointed in the splitters, and I am a vorsteiner fan, I have their original e92 set-up.
I think a design similar to the e46 m3 vorsteiner lip would look good on the e92 mtech, as the e92 mtech bumper is more like the e46 m3 bumper than the e92 m3 bumper. |

that way there wouldn't be that distinct line and it would look amazing imo.. and i hope they end up making the m3 type lip for mtech..

Was looking forward to a lip and a great diffuser option...and got neither, a shame.

Let's get a nice 1-piece lip like the M3's and a nice looking diffusor! Yes, they are OEM splitters with custom paint scheme. I wanted to do something different than what I've been seeing on this forum.

I don't get it, 9 or so pages of posts describing what we want exactly and they come out with splitters???
