Good news - Our engineers just finished development of the new camera module which should allow you to connect any model of reverse camera to your CIC. Your reverse camera will work as OEM one.
This solutions will work for any E-Series BMW equipped with CIC.

There are no secrets - complete emulation of the original BMW TRSVC camera module using modern microchip processing technic
We expect product to be out very soon!

Pics are from one of the beta test vehicle's. Camera is regular (40$) eBay one.

Why do you need to emulate camera if you plan to retrofit the OEM one?
Simply get OEM one installed and correctly coded to your system - all should work well

I have a 5 series and installed CIC replacing my old CCC. Everything works well except Assist MyInfo. SOS and all other assist functionality works too, its just MyInfo which doesn't work. I click on Update Assist and then go to Messages and nothing there. MyInfo was working fine in CCC.

I have also changed VIN number of CIC to match my car's VIN. Please help...

We plan to add an additional module for Surround view emulation, however this is RnD yet.
For now the solution will support any standard camera to be used as OEM (similar to RFK)
