definitely collect money first - You dont want to be stuck with extra food unpaid for. and it will save time and headache that can happen the day off. The group is getting larger and larger. Did you contact the authorities about this BBQ and register spots ?

I'll bring extra burgers (beef and turkey) and hot dogs if it'll help... (already gave matt a twenty)... Might bring a couple extra mouths anyway... And I'll drop another $20 if you don't want more burgers and dogs... Matters not to me... Let me know...
