My first was a 2002 330ci......Alpine White with black leatherette, moonroof delete, sports package, navigation, xenons and a 6 speed manual. Loved it! I went from driving a modified 2000 EK Civic hatch with an Integra GSR motor to the BMW. Yeah, I stepped up my game that year......
....and then the next year I bought a 2003 Phoenix Yellow M3 with Imola Red leather, 19" wheels, navigation, etc. That's when the real party (...and long list of M3 affairs in my life) began. |

When I was in H.S., the E36 ///M3 totally caught my attention! Though I never test drove an M3 before (let a lone any BMW), I always admired the car's well design, craftsmanship and engineering. The car is just well made, best all around. To me it just screams like a fancy and classy kinda car. At the time, I thought I'd never be able to afford one. So in 2001, I bought a new Prelude type SH.
Fast forward to 2013, I placed an order for my first ///M3 immediately after test driving for the first time. What better way to own one, especially the last of the ///M3 breed with a V8 engine, naturally aspirated! |

It runs beautifully as is but it's still somewhat of a project as I am in college and currently have a different daily vehicle. I'll be putting it away for the winter and work on it beginning next spring. |

New to Forum, however Just purchased my 3rd BMW. first was a 97 740i, second was a 02 528i and now I own a 08 335xi and just purchased JB4 tune, Dual cone intake and some new wheels for winter. Super pumped to start modding. I love German engineering.

And you shouldn't. One of the biggest regrets I've ever had was getting rid of my '82 320i. I still stare at the pic I have of my old car.

I have owned 18 BMWs, but in keeping with this thread, my FIRST BMW was a 1977 320i that I purchased new in July 1977. Actually, we ordered the car while I was stationed in Germany. It was a wonderful car that we had for a little over 20 years when my oldest daughter totaled it
This is a picture taken only a few months before it was totaled.
