I had to wait awhile on my special order but I understand when stuff can get a bit hectic over there for the guys at UED.

p.s. I did European Delivery so I'm sure I waited a lot longer than you are.

The grills look GREAT aside from the bubbles. Everything else is beautiful, just bad prepping on the body shop part.

That's disappointing. Makes me hesistant to pull the trigger now on the GB IV.

Yea it is kinda disappointing. But i dont think u should be hesitant to joint he GB. The only time i think u should be hesitant if they cant deal with the problems in a timely manner. I guess we will see how they deal with this situation to determine that.

Got my stuff today and

Grills are not that bad I would say 8 out of 10 ... but those reflectors are piece of junk ... common UED ... did you guys overlooked the quality of the job :sad0147: ? I should say reflectors are 3 out of 10 ... I would like to get another set or my money back ... Your body shop did poor job !

All those bubbles and dust should not be there ...

Okay..... Before this gets any further out of hand.

First, this thread is not meant to be here for vendor bashing.

Only one person that posted having an issue has contacted us directly to have this resolved. There is no need to create negative hype.

Jet black reflectors were painted separately from the grilles and happened to be on the day we had huge storms coming through our area and it seems the reflectors got wet while drying.

While the painter mentioned to the person picking these up that the reflectors got wet, he stated that only the tape was messed up.

I was in Miami getting other things handled and did not personally look at them as that would be the main job function of our shipping manager. We have already reprimanded our employee who packaged and shipped these looking like that.

However, this issue is isolated to JET BLACK reflectors. We have already discussed that we are having a new set repainted for one customer and will be getting that out. After I saw the first set of pictures I assumed we were going to have a few similar issues.

We do not need to continue going on and on about how the posted pictures are of poor quality and many other choice adjectives- we sell painted items with the assumption that we will repaint them if the customer is not happy. If you have an issue, email a picture to info@uniqueeurodesign.com with your order number and we will handle it.

It is ironic that any time something goes bad people all jump on the bandwagon to bash but whenever products are delivered in great condition, we rarely hear back- We have shipped over 50 sets of perfect grilles for E90 Post members alone.

Sorry if this comes across as brash, I am just beyond frustrated with the recent issues with our painter and badgering, while understandable, we are getting for it. Just from a QC point of view, we have had maybe 5-6 sets of painted items come back from a total of about 150 items shipped. Admittedly, we have had unprecedented random issues surrounding the last 2 GBs for painted grilles.

Averaging about 3 percent of orders have issues, I still feel we need to make improvement which is why we have interviews lined up this weekend with a few freelance painters to begin having items painted on site.

Orders that have not shipped will be going out Friday based on the update received today from the body shop.
