I've been lurking and posting sporadically since I bought my bimmer last month, thought I'd finally introduce myself to the locals. Recently bought an '09 335i coupe and I'm loving every minute of it (it's easy coming from a corolla!). I'm also relatively new to Fort Worth having just moved up here last June from Austin.

Requisite pics attached. Side note, the car came with the rims but for the life of me I can't figure out what kind they are, ideas?

Those look like OEM 189s painted black. The black 5-spoke accessory wheel is style 199.

Hellaflush looks good, but what people are doing nowadays with -7 camber and stuff is ridiculous. I think my set up looks good, and I can turn... Barely. Haha

Good call. Thanks.

When I first got the car, it had a fake eBay Dinan badge on the back, one of the letters fell off when I just nudged it. I felt like an ass driving around with it on for the first couple days when I knew it wasn't a Dinan car. Luckily the dealer didn't know what it was and didn't try to charge a premium for it...

Cool little story:
So somebody on my street has two Alfa Romeos. A 166 and a Spider... Would somebody like to explain how they even obtained these cars? Must be terrible trying to find parts and service.

im on H&R race springs right with stock shocks. For being on race springs and stock shocks the car comfort is actually good.

I used to always see your car in my parking garage at work, I'm guessing the previous owner worked with me. You can take some comfort in knowing it never saw the Texas sun during work hours They usually parked in safe spots as well, to avoid dings.

Small metro! Unfortunately my office doesn't have a garage... I do park out in the boonies of my lot though. Carrying on the tradition of dinglessness *knock on wood*
