Amazing hot pot. This is the real authentic Szechuan hot pot with the yummy broth, not the crap watered down chicken broth you get at the hot pot buffet places. They used to be a lot better when they first opened with freshly sliced meat and thicker broth. Now, the broth is slightly more watered down and the meat has been presliced and refrigerated so it's not as fresh. Still pretty damn good though. I like the condiments on the table, super nice assortment

Don't be scared, the pink and green ones are delicious

Also, you definitely don't need to be a meat eater to eat at this hot pot place. Ingredients for the hot pot are by order so you can just order veggies (it'll be cheaper too!) and you won't need meat to flavor the soup since the soup is already a nice tasty herbal broth.

Sometimes, I see some crazy Chinese families bring their own styrofoam cups and tupperware to take home the leftover broth. Seems like a good idea though.. maybe next time :P
