I don't remember it's in the thread. I think it was $200 a wheel and he matched the paint on those ADV.1's which was something like 70% flat, 30% gloss.. Not so easy.

Most places will run $200-$300 per wheel in ATL.

I suppose the time required makes the price that high, but damn. At that price point, you might as well buy new wheels.

I was quoted $250/wheel for full refinish (curb rash and new finish).
Russell at fishers told me $150/wheel for 18in if I bring them to him. If he has to take them off/on its like another $25/wheel

Yeah Clayton, try Fisher's. I remember the only reason Ben's were $200 was the paint finish and I believe him to be a BMW guy as well.

Fisher's also does all the rotisserie Hybrid Racing paint jobs where Todd works.

I just went in and ordered the car how I wanted it and it came in a couple months later. The car washing guys in the back did ruin my wheels on my E46 M3, but they ended up dipping them @ no charge and they were better than when I came in for service I do have a "no wash" note in my file now
what he said... when I was looking to buy a bmw they were pretty much butts about the whole thing, but I bought mine from out of town and since then I've been pretty tight we a few people like tim and everything has been great.

I personal DO NOT LIKE fishers. Everytime I've tried to get something done from them I was put on the back burner and they just blew me off. I went for the rims and I was told $250 (without taking wheel off) and it would be 2-3 week turn around. I ran into a guy at BMW that refinishes their wheels for them. I don't remember what he charged but it was cheaper then Fishers, he came to my job picked up my wheels at 9am and had it back to me at my job by 2:30. People didn't eve know the wheel was curbed. My wheel was 7/8 curbed pretty bad...I'll PM you his number if you want.

They are putting on new tips, removing the resonator, and installing a Doug's Headers exhaust cutout. They are going to put an H pipe near where the resonator was and going to do a single cutout in the center of the H. I thought it was a cool and unique idea.

On a separate note, does anyone on here own or know who owns a Lemans blue or Interlagos blue M3 that lives in New Orleans? Its got black 359M wheels I believe, exhaust work and possibly a super charger. I always see him pulling out of the apartments near me but haven't been able to catch him to check out the car up close.
This at the Saulet? If so that is me. No supercharger on the car though...at least for now.

If I cant make a deal on an M3 in the next month I will keep VADER and mod. Autobahn South wants me to use Dinan stuff...is there a distinct advantage to doing this? Car is out of warranty in 4K miles

From what I've heard is that people who go the Dinan route for modding do it to stay inside of warranty and that their flash software is really conservative.

Since you are almost out of warranty anyway I'd say go for something more aggressive like a JB4+Meth injection which coupled with an intake and downpipes should easily put a n54 over 400 HP/TQ. Which would cost less than 1600.

Dinan is just money...you can buy better items for less. Just saying. If its going to be out of warranty go big (power not money) or go home
