Ok if you didnt want to shake my hand you should say that. I would actually take it as compliment if a woman said that to me and added youre already tying to touch me. To me that would be flirting right away and sort of an ice breaker. My thing is usually reading peoples initial reaction. Thats the one thing I want to teach my daugher
