Yo Bros...
Just completed Day 1 of BMW performance driving school at Autohbahn, and its was really a good time, and I learned a ton, having a personal instructor for three 30 minute runs makes a huge difference, with classes prior to each. By last session on track I passed 1/3 field of the 26 cars, and instructor signed my off from Novice to Intermediate  Tomorrow is all about speed, and no DTC, though I was so smooth it barely kicked in anyway... Pooped, fun group, and well worth the $400. |

Oil Temp was fine, but another 335i (2007 Sedan) had to stop after gauge red 300 after his first two runs, and he was even keeping the rpms down shifting more to to conserve...bummer.
Gary you should consider this course, its really will improve your skills, confidence and help understand your cars capabilities, my instructor could not believe how much speed I was out of getting out of of the turns in a 335i, neither could I, never saw the speed but he said I hit 110 on both straights, after the fact. Thanks be god for the Hawk AP Plus pads...they was a smellin gooood! |

Train down town at noon, Starbucks, 2.5mile walk to navy pier, walk pier, lunch at bubba gumPs, then to the shed, jelly fish, then to the signature room for drinks, then to rosebud for dinner, now on halsted for more drinks. Loooong day
