Hey everyone,
Just got on the forum and thought i would introduce myself. This is my 3rd BMW, i had a 2009 116d sport and now i have an E46 318i project car and my brand new E92 320i Sport Plus edition in very rare Silverstone blue (which is only seen on M3's) as well as being about as high spec as it could be! It has 19's, full sport plus leather (black with blue stitching) as well as hard drive, blue tooth, dvd player ect ect! Had no issues in nearly 2 months of ownership and told the dealership if anything goes wrong then il bring it back and they can give me an M3 for nothing and they assured me that they aren't worried. Thanks! |

Had my e90 320i M Sport for just over a month now. Upgraded from a white 3 series compact. Really happy with it at the mo, ad finding this forum really helpful.
So far I've changed the grill to a flat black sports performance grille and changed the wheels from the standard 17" alloys to 18" Mv3 Alloys which have been finished in Flash chrome over gunmetal to replicate a diamond cut effect. I've posted a before and after pic. Not sure what to do to it next. Suggestions welcome |

I've been on here searching for days on all the questions I've been needing to ask and so far haven't found a question that hasn't been asked yet :-)).. Can't wait to go on a meet and show off my new ride when it's all finished.. :-))) |

Thanks bud, it has taken a while to get it looking better and a lot of elbow grease. New brakes next which are all in the garage ready to be fitted. I love the colour but it is a bugger to keep clean. The dark grills and wheels IMO look better than standard.

newbie with a question...sorry...
Hi all just joined the forum a day or so ago and want to say hello to all.Have been and still am a reg.member of the bmwland forum for almost 5years,maybe some of you guys/girls know of it.
I'm on my 6th BMW at present and have an E92 msport coupe on a 57plate(the dreaded n47 engine ) but thankfully have had no problems so far.Sorry to introduce myself with a question but as many of you will have done I am keen to get rid of the "fried egg" look within the headlights (ie the indicators).HOW do i get to them.Videos on utube only show access from a panel on the wheel arch trim.My car does NOT have this and can only assume this featured in later models.Forgive me if this has been done to death but have not had time to do a search thanks.....Ed. |

It would be. What brakes are you putting on? Performance ones? Or just having problems with the ones on there? Any more mods planned? I need to sort out the finish around the steering wheel buttons next because its peeling (common problem on the bmw I think) considering painting it but may wrap it. |

Thought I'd say hello - been here a month or so.
Below is my car. As you can see, it has a M3 bonnet (genuine) - added by the previous owner and not me I hasten to add. I'm sure it's to the disgust of some but it's actually grown on me and I think I'll be keeping it as it is. Have to say I've had a fair bit of abuse about it from a couple of the guys I work with (both of them having E92 335d coupes) so please no more! |

Been lurking for a little bit so thought it's about time to sign up and say a quick hello! Will probably start posting a bit occasionally now.

New E90 Owner
Hello.
I have just purchased a BMW e90 330i SE - manual. I have a few questions, I'm not sure whether to open new threads for each but here they all are anyway. 1) Gear stick wobbles in 2nd gear only. More so the harder I accelerate ? Any clues ? 2) It seems a common problem for the headlight washer to pop out by itself. Mine does. I don't really want to use it anyway. What's the best cheapest way to deal with that ? 3 ) Is the center console make of brushed aluminium ? If so how can I get one pesky small scratch out ? 4) The chrome trim on the drivers rear door seems to be coming away a bit. I tried to press this back in but now I hope that I haven't created a new problem as now I seem to get a buzzing noise from the drivers door that just carries on ! This is a very annoying one. 4) White splodge on paintwork by passenger door handle. I suspect from searching Google that this could be suntan lotion. Any ideas on how to remove ? I also suspect the same on the interior a bit on the inside door panel. Thanks. |

Sorry I can't help with any of your questions. But if you search the forum I'm sure you can answer most of them. Or start your own thread if you find nothing. Good luck with it all |
