hopefully they will be able to put less tapering after 5500 rpm to redline.

+1 that'll be the stage 3 map I'm testing, not beta yet and that's still being worked on...in any case if the above virtual dyno is indeed repeatable on a real Dynojet with a reasonable baseline then thats some really amazing numbers..given Cobb's Mustang numbers these numbers are VERY close...

I now really wonder what this same map, even with low boost on top, makes on my car with RBs

As long as you do it on a flat road and enter your cars info correct the virtual dyno is very accurate. It has been tested on many of the major forums. I don't have a baseline, but I plan on using this lil "tool" once ATR comes out.

Send me a datalog of 3rd gear and ill post up the results for your car.

Just log a 3rd gear pull to from 2-3k to redline. You can do 4th, but I doubt you wanna go to 145 lol. Take that file and drag it into the software and your done. Just make sure to set up your cars weight/tire diameter to the best of your abilities.

Obviously do it a flat/straight road.

Only if I could get v201 maps with all the additional new updates from v300.
Add me to the list. Running v3.00 - 91 map on ECU ID I8A0S and threw a SES with the P2D59 code at about 4800 RPM in DS mode shifting between second and third. I also get throttle closures as well. E-mailed Robb since he offered some alternative v3.00 maps to another person with same code in another thread. Unfortunately Robb is out of town so I have not heard from him. Thinking the problem may have been bad gas I switched to the v3.00 91ACN (horrible map by the way) and the same problem/code reoccurred. I have now switched back to v2.03 91.

Dzenno sent me a log of his stage 2 running upgraded RB turbos. I plotted both mine and his logs. Assuming he weight 200lbs and has stock tire diameter on there, here are the results.

Looks like boost comes on must later and much more quickly with the RB's. Power gains are impressive though.

Boost doesnt come on later, he just started at a much higher rpm. Also boost with the rbs is nto quicker. It is simply easier to make initial boost at higher rpm. If both logs were started around the same rpm you would see identical boost traces.

Keep in mind I started the pull much higher in the RPMs at 4000rpms...I'll do a run tonight starting low at about 2k rpm to match it up better to clap's

Guess I didn't look at those hard enough. Thanks for clearing that up, I apparently need to look better before I speak. Hope to see a better comparison later.

In your next email give me your weight plus whatever crap you have in your car. Also let me know your tire size. IE 275/30/19 ect ect to give it a real comparrison.

My car weight 3380, I weight 250 and probabaly had at least 100lbs on crap in the car so I might have low balled my car weight which would give a lower number. In the next couple of days I plan on getting real datalogs to start using this a little better.

Also this map that I run targets 11.5 AFR at top end as I was trying some things...so with 12 AFR that Clap is running there's maybe another 10-15 there, not sure...I'll try to get the same map clap is running so we get a more direct compare but I'd expect it to be pretty close...

Hopefully stg3 raises boost to take advantage of the RBs up top...

Now that is what I why I was thinking boost came on much quicker, though I should have looked more carefully. I do look forward to seeing the closer comparison.

Ive notice a couple funny things in your logs btw.
Your load target and actual arnt even close. You low pressure fp is acting a lil wierd, you af ratios from banks act up a little and your throttle isnt really staying open all the way.

Yes yes yes and yes lol

It's not your stg2 map, mine is an experimental map quite a bit different from yours..they're working out top end boost so instead of holding boost past 5300rpm throttle plate is intervening and closing 50%...that's why actual load starts to drop rapidly starting at 5300rpm

What I sent you is just the last thing I tested which wasn't anywhere close to beta or anything official

I have IJEOS, also when I started testing maps with cobb I had to give them my cobb ap's serial number so the maps are locked to my ap.
