New tires put on yesterday: 245/45-17 Vredestein Hypertrac all-seasons. Very quiet, good ride quality, good grip. Had the shop do an alignment as well, tracking straight again after raising the rear axle. Ready to drive 1,800 miles with a trailer to California next week!

Got the other two wheels changed over. Discount mounted it backwards so I had to go back once I noticed.

- Cleaned (not so much detailed) my engine bay. See Attatched
— Covered Alternator + a few other components with tin foil
— Sprayed engine bay liberally with Simple Green full strength
— Agitated everything, switching between a soft and harder brush
— Rinsed with a hose (on mist setting)
— Added some shitty GX-3 Plastic Restorer from Walmart (<$5, happy w results)
— Turned car on, let it run for around 5 minutes. Then took it for a drive around the block to warm up the engine and help get rid of excess water

- Car Wash
— After letting the engine bay dry off, I went to the car wash for a quick rinse + wash. Happy with the local spot. Really good soaps + wax out the pressure washer, and even have a blow dry gun to aid in the drying process

- Washed Windows
— Used the tried and true two rag method with Invisble Glass. Never fails, always happy w results

Honest day’s work. Cheers everyone

Could’ve gone a bit deeper with the cleaning, but I just wanted the engine bay to be easy on my eyes. Thank you!

Picked it up from the shop. Had a CEL last week with codes for the eccentric shaft sensor. Turns out oil got in, despite having replaced the valve cover gaskets a little over 2 years ago. Guessing this was the source of my occasional rough cold starts. Not a cheap fix!

Gonna finish up the wiring this week. Then I’ll do a quick spray on it.

Cannot afford to race it unfortunately.

Not bad, but the engines are junk. Not to mention 20k to rebuild.

Thank you! Oddly enough while I was cleaning it, it felt loose, but being new to the platform I didn’t know or think it was out of the ordinary. Just thought it was odd it jiggled about. Will order what it’s missing and get it back to normal. Thanks again

Wait until he finds out it has bore scoring.

I tried even hard wiring my paddles. Still did not work. I’m at a loss.

Replaced the fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator. Car wasn't holding pressure in the line between starts, all fixed up now and no more longer cranking after sitting for a while.

I had paddles stock. I'm thinking its the MFB even though this method technically bypassed that? I'm lost.
