Yeah... because you're going through tech support for non-consumer.

Corporate contracts are different. You end up paying $$$ for that, but it's worth it.

I'm sick of Dell. All of our desktops are Dells. Do you have Gold Support? I just call and insist on them sending the parts and that I've done all the troubleshooting before hand. Their Gold Support is okay, it's really not bad but their regular support blows as well.

Sometimes Dell does get ridiculous though. I hate their printer support.

Super worth it, but HP is something else. I've never dealt with such awesome customer support like theirs.

By no means am I an HP reseller, just sharing my experience.
