Where is everyone? No one up tonight?

So i took a drive through hwy 35 to hwy 9 and ended up in santa cruz. Pretty nice drive. Wished it had more turns and was a bit more twisty, but i do like the redwoods and scenic portion of it. More to see than Mines Rd.

Wait, what color was your car and what time?

I saw a few modded e46's on the opposite side, and 1 or 2 stock e90's.

nice! That's the route we took last time. It's already pretty damn twisty in the forest man. If you go like 40+ it's a bit of a rush.

I would listen to Alex and just try it first.

Thanks man, I will definately give the 18mm's a try first & if they don't work out then I'll get the 15mm's.

By the way, I gave JLEVI my word awhile back about making a video on the simota intake. He got the product to me asap & installed it for free so I owe him one.

Any suggestions where I can possibly take off to about 0-80 that's safeish? The video's that I posted here before don't really show the true quality of sound that the intake produces just because it hadn't broken in yet.

MINE!

That was one funny video.

Street racing is not condoned in this forum. However since you are just driving fast, I recommend somewhere in the east or south bay. The penninsula is too congested.

I need to make another one. One with revs, exterior sounds, & interior sounds.

I think I'm just going to run a block the street in between Sloat & Lowell.

So guys, I think I MAY be buying some rims just to display them in my room ...

A plexi-glass board would be a nice cover.

I'm sure they'll give you service even if you off the mark. I went for service at 9,000 miles...didn't have to wait untill 15,000. I guess I'm just lucky with BMWSF, got the best SA ever.

hahah It looks like all the other bimmers in the city. No need to exhibit the same car you see every day.

The service lights normally indicate "Service Engine Soon" so I believe they are just giving you a heads-up.

If you don't think you'll add 800 miles before school is over, just schedule the appointment for six weeks later. Otherwise, I heard Steven's Crack will offer a loan car for anything and I'm sure they'll accomodate to your schedule.

Not with rims on! Everytime I see a slightly modded bimmer, I think they're on the forums.
