Order status and timeline

I did find it very curious there there seemed to be no shutdown of the plant for even a week between 22s and 23s. Has anyone with a 2023 model completed assembly?

I am 3 weeks in Final Assembly as of today

I've checked repeatedly, there are no holds / stop sales etc on my car. The best I can guess, is it sits (and sits) awaiting transport until it is time to load onto a ship.

From what little I see Glovis and Wallenius Wilhelmsen are the major carriers from Veracruz / Altamira ports to US. I've not been able to find any info on a Glovis ship in the next couple weeks heading my way. However, I see WW has a vessel on my route (Brunswick, GA) that was scheduled in Veracruz on 7/7, then 7/12, now 7/17 with a notation that it spent 5 days "waiting at sea." So I wonder if shipping is the bottleneck backing up the works?

RCC Amsterdam folks, my transportation from port to dealership is scheduled for a saturday 7/16 delivery (dealer is around 50 miles from the port). Looks like mon/tues is PICKUP day.

For the newer guys looking for end-to-end data points. Ordered 3/12. Received allocation 3/30. Delivery to dealership 7/16. All in, just over 4 months.

Can’t wait! My dealership is only 2 hours from port, so I’m hoping it won’t take too long to get there. Got a few mods just sitting here ready to go.

Yup same here. After doing some research I've seen some cars go from "at the port" to "in transit (to dealership)" on the same day. So hopefully that'll be the case for us!

Just called genius. My cars expected to ship to the dealer on the 15th and arrive on the 16th! The final leg!!

Did the dealer give you this information? My SA has no clue when it’s going to arrive. He did say once it’s recieved,he only needs it for 3 hours. So I can pick it up the same day.

Yeah my dealer sent me a screenshot of his tracker portal. Same as RM84, it shows a shipping date of 7/15 from VPC and delivery to dealer by 7/16. It even showed the transportation carrier's name that will be picking it up.
