The shop i use, adapted the grill to make room for the ACC radar.
It's fitted in the original holes in the front bumper steel bar. If you go that way, remember to leave Space in the grill for the adjustment screws. Othwise the bumper has to come off when you need the ACC adjusted. And the provided nozzles for the headlight washers is not a good quality. Find some original from M3. Also buy the rubberlines for the headlight washers from M3 since they have a build in valve to prevent the washerfluid running out.

Few finnish E92 owners (like this) have modified original washers to fit with a M3 bumper. The part where washers are is more "flat" in the M3 bumper and somebody warned about this. It seems it is possible to modify washer covers with Dremel or something like that. Here is a video about this: . End of the video is kind of funny though as washers don't go all the way down.
