im sure it can be fixed. If anything, a little bondo and repaint will bring it back to new. Its just the cost involved

If is small enough, leave it for now. Once there is more obvious damage, then get it all repaired at once.

i say you just let phuonger hit your bumper with hammer so your 1 dent will be hidden by all the other dents. And this method is probably the cheapest and easiest way to go.
