They should probably hire someone with more experience handling customer relations. Or broaden their sales department. I will be patient however. Like you said...."they are the best".

The customer complains are putting me off doing anything. Everybody knows you have to treat your customers well, so if that is going badly, how bad is it in the back room. If you can't hire someone to answer emails it's probably because you don't know if you can afford it. And you don't know what you can afford because the bookkeeping is all screwed up. Then one day you're out of business and my order will be the one AFU. Everything about this points to something bad coming. Having good products and going bust often go together because people with bad products never get that far.

I just received my headlights back from OSS Designs. Were they hard to contact initially via email? YES.... it took several attempts to get through to Luis. Did they ask for payment in advance to even book me on their schedule? YES this is their policy. Did they honor my scheduled booking date? YES... they did the work on the exact days they committed to. Did they contact me once work began to confirm options and give progress reports including pictures? YES.

Most importantly, was their final work product top quality as I expected? YES their work exceeded my high expectations.

Bottom line... these guys are arguably the best in the business. They apparently have a small shop and can only crank out so many of these in a given week. My advice... be patient and keep trying to get through to them. It is worth the effort.

I believe they are called Raptors?

Let me know if it can be done for PRE-LCI or what it takes to get them on my car.
