I was responding to someone else but good to hear you noticed the same differences I did.
for me it just really makes the car more fun to drive and I suspect it's more like a 328 specs than a 2006 325.. same engine same car same... now I feel it's up to 230 HP and 200 torque.. just guessing but it's significant for me.. ah yeah that's right though heh heh I can't prove it |

Just had ECU flash with UPsolute
I ahve been reading many posts about upsolute and other chip tuners. With the availability to go to the charlotte nc location I gave them a call. researching they have a 30 day turn back to stock option I decided to do the go ahead. I drove there this am 9:30. Note ( the earlier the better, because11am our time is 5pm Austrian time.) The tuning is done out of his basement. (shady? I will explain) The father was a radio operator in the Navy in vietnam, and has been programming comps ever since. The son was well versed and technical in knowing right where to go for the ECU. He was very careful in not tearing up/loosing bolts. He took care of getting the ECU out with me over his shoulder. They took the ECU inside and he carefully opened it and downloaded the software to a usb stick. I was asked about 3 times make and model of my car before the info was sent over to some austrian via email. About 20 mins later they got the file back and the son made sure that all the connections (mandatory grounds, things that needed to be set up for successful flash) after flashing (5 mins tops, seriously 5 mins!!) we placed everything back in the car. He told me to place the key in the ignition and dont start it but go ahead and press the start button. The car made a high pitch wine for about 2 minutes and it was gone. He said that was the sensors adjusting and it should take a week for the car to be fully adapted to the tune. Cost 350USD with a 50 dollar military discount. So I have noticed in the 80 mile drive back that the throttle is immediately responsive I do notice the power increase and was all grins about 3 times on the drive home. I will post some pics if I can figure it out here soon.
