About the GPS voice issue you have mentioned, I've asked our tech, actually it's easy for you to disable the GPS auto start function, just don't select the "Start wether run nav software automatically" option as the below picture shows is OK. Please have a try!

And if it works, would you like to give your unit a higher score, maybe 9 or 10? Thanks a lot!
Thanks that did resolve my problem.
What lost most of the point to this unit is the fact that I had to rewire the BATT wire and I had to do hours of research to find that out, if you haven't resolved that issue with the latest model of the unit, why not just provide with the package, either a really long wire to extend to the battery, or a Fuse tap blade connector to connect to the fuse slot?

Also, something to mention to whoever is in charge of the interface design, increase the area of each button so that the whole screen can be interactive, in some cases, there are places I tap which I found to be too small, and an area around it which does nothing. This would make using the unit a lot easier as the majority of customers will be using it while driving.

I have absolutely no regrets with my purchase and am very happy with it.
I would like to review how well it works with the V0018 digital tv box but its priced too much for me to ever get it and review it.

Thanks anyways

Reversing camera

Hi, I have recently purchased the unit D5114c and I am having problems with my wireless reversing camera. I have connected the power main to my cigarette lighter and the reversing light. I have connected the wire to, (your diagram, wire 17) back sight video in. However this does not work. The camera works when connected to the aux cable (18), when in video mode, however this is pretty useless as the time you sort all that out it takes a lot longer than just reversing. Do you know how to rectify this problem? And what is cable 6 (back car control) used for? Has this anything to do with my problem?

Hi HuyT, congrats for sorting out this issue!

About the fuse, since the auto-memery is not functional problem only happens to certain BMW cars, currently we didn't inlude it. But I'll reflect it to our related dept then, together with the bigger buttons issue. Thanks a lot for your feedback.

Glad to hear you're so satisfied with your purchase! And many thanks for your further review towards the D5114 and V0018 digital TV box. And if you could take some pics or a video for us, that would benifit more guys here, and they'll appreciate you a lot!

Hi Mac, to connect the camera, please kindly connect as follows:
- Connect the VIDEO OUT of the camera to No. 17 BACK SIGHT VIDEO IN of D5114C.
- Connect the power cable of the camera to the power of reversing light of your car.
- And connect the No. 6 back car control wire of D5114C to your reversing gear in your car.

Hope it helps, please have a try, thanks!

Hi Wingman, thanks for your interest! You can see from our website here:
http://www.eonon.com/Car-GPS-Navigat...WM/D5114C.html

It's only $426 without map, and $456 with built-in US/CA map. And free shipping to the US!

Sure the group buy price will different, are you interested in the future group buy too? If so, I can send you PM with GB price then, thanks!

I'd be interested if it were not for two things:

I don't want to lose the HDC function. I might not use it much (if at all) but I want the choice not to use it.

I have a big problem with the edges of the climate control protruding from the dashboard. I do not think it is an installation problem but it is a matter of clearance (or lack thereof) in the place where the climate control is moved to.

While it might seem that these are minor issues, lets say that many BMW owners are particular about their cars and these nagging problems are deal breakers. If I'm going to go aftermarket and have it look that way (which I would never do) why would I choose something that gets it only partially right? If I want the OEM look, I want it to look just like an OEM option...not one with sharp protruding edges and lost functionality. If those are adequately addressed...please PM me the GB price as I am all in. If not fixed, Ill pass on this good, albeit lacking attempt at OEM.

Hi sluggo, thanks for your interest!
Our unit can't support the HDC function, hope you can understand.
About the fitting issue, as you can see, it doesn't happen for every customer, it has something to do with the installation itself.

Anyway, I'm sending you the PM with GB price then, hope you like!
And welcome to buy in the future!

Hi Aaron, are you in the UK? Sorry our UK warehouse is under adjustment right now, you can't get products from our UK website currently.

But you can order it on our Ebay UK store if you want it asap. Usually it will take only 1-3 days to arrive to your place if you're in the UK. Thanks!

I have a few questions regarding this unit.

-As I live in Belgium, I believe I need the D5114E. Surprisingly, I cannot find this unit on eonon.com. What is the reason?

-A question of more concern; will this unit fit my dash? What happens with my 'disable start-stop' button?

-As some users mentioned before, they had to cut wires in order to get this working? Where is the plug & play part? I have the base stereo option with no amplifier in the trunk. Does this also apply to me?

-Could I still keep my Bury C9060 Music working?

Hi nightwarrior, thanks for your interest! Here are the answers to your questions:
- You should see this link now: http://www.eonon.com/Car-GPS/Specifi...MW/D5114C.html Now it's out of stock, but it'll be available soon today or tomorrow.

- Yes I've asked our tech checked your dash, it can fit your car. But I'm not sure what's the 'disable start-stop' button you're talking about, is it one of the buttons in your steering wheel?

- For the installation, you don't need to modify the wiring yourself, it's just plug and play. Some guy has modified it a little bit afterwards since they want to make the auto-memory function work, but this issue does not happen in every car, it all depends.

- Theoretically it should work with your Bury C9060.

Welcome to buy our D5114 then, thanks!

Eonon, your tech states that the unit can fit my dash. Although, in this post: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showpo...&postcount=104, he states that it can NOT fit the dash. I'm confused, as it's the same button. Please be clear.

Isn't there a frame like this? http://www.drivessential.com/wp-cont...E91-E92-12.jpg

Hi nightwarrior, our tech means the unit's shape can fit your car dashboard, but in that post, we only said that A button can't work with our unit. That's 2 different questions.

About the picture you provided, our unit doesn't have this frame, since our D5114 unit doesn't have position for the heated seat. Thanks!

Hi there, thank you for your reply

I am disappointed to find out that there is no UK group buy, as i believe there would be great interest in your products from our UK market. A previous forum that i used to be part of (www.astraownersnetwork.co.uk), you provide a UK group buy on systems for their Vauxhall/Opel cars.

Why can we not get a UK group buy on BMW systems?

Hi Aaron, wow glad to hear you were in AON forum, we have many fans there.

Now our UK stock is under adjustment, the normal buy in the UK website is also hold now, not even say the group buy.

One way is, you can buy the unit from our UK ebay. But I'll ask if there's any other way for you guys to proceed, once any news, I'll inform you, thanks!
