Got an Altima rental. Base model, damn the interior is ugly and non ergonomic. I prefer Honda much more than Nissan. This thing is slow as molasses too (to be expected).

+1 B) I LOVE to drive. One time i drove two hours straight with no destination. Went from Diamond Bar to Garden Grove to Cerritos to Rancho Cucamonga and back, where I just cruised. lol

Aww... is it the 2k7? I never liked Nissans much either. Even the 350z, when I see it, it's fast and all, but I prefer the luxurious quality of the interior

Yeah, it only has 1800 miles on it and it's a pos. The interior is beige, the car is black. The door panels have like beige felt on the door inserts. It is really ugly. The arm rest is very small, in front of the arm rest in the center console area it is wide open, there is nothing there really except 2 arm rests. It's like the Grand Canyon. Dash is typical Nissan blocky and ugly. I'm not a stickler on interior but this thing is Ford ugly.

Light tan plastic is really ugly, this pic is in black though:

The car is 10x uglier than this pic. The A/C controls suck. The knob is horrible.

The Altima's a nice car in it's class, but I have to agree, the Honda would be my choice.

I didn't know they made Japanese cars this bad. Ray I have nothing against Nissans but I find the Corolla and Civic to be much nicer than the Altima.

yeah, I never saw anything special about Nissans either. Manyof the car companies i've seen have something they're known for, i.e. Toyota = Hybrids

yea, seems like nissans have terrible interiors. i had a new sentra loner, i would not even consider it if i was in the market for an econo car. all together was a crappy car. 350z interiors are cheap and plain looking. the last g35's, i also found their interiors to be sub-par (maybe because they're nissan skylines in other markets and they just tried to dress up the interior for the infiniti line). i still really like the exterior of the g35 coupe though.

yeah, the exterior of a G35, i must admit, is pretty nice, it's gota very classy look. Even the new 4dr is very attractive in my opinion

i don't like the rear on the G37 it is a bit squarish but the interior looks like it has been upgraded

haha speaking of 350z interiors! i was trapped in my friend's for a good five minutes looking for a door handle
