Case in point: I'm sitting here with a bottle of P12 on a lazy Friday evening. I haven't logged a single mile on my bike all week. Granted, I've got some back problems (old age) that I'm working through. Tomorrow looks to be 45F and high winds. Not good riding weather. So I need to ride the trainer. Here's where I need a motivational coach. I could skip the coach if I had the motivation to begin with.
