Got myself a new set of wheels for the wagon, and looking for a good shop to transfer TPMS from stock wheels to new, and mount tires and install. What is your favorite shop?

I've been visiting Discount Tire for years and have never had problems with them, but wondering if there are better options out there. I want to make sure places take extra special care of my aftermarket wheels. Discount Tire has managed to slightly chip wheels in the past.
