The second start is a "courtesy" start or something like that if I remember correctly. But chances are you will need to fill both tanks full now to get the car running. The bs you are going through right now is why some of us are no longer Ecotune customers....

As you see STAN had to part ways with BS oops I mean RS cause of lack of payment for services. I honestly feel bad for ECOTUNE believe it or not cause as a businessman it sucks to be lured to be ripped off by some asshole.
Amigo if STAN is going to be able to help you guys the only way is to send them your ECU and bench flash. That said its easier said than done. I took a Gamble w RENNtech (yes moose) and its paid off, the same way but, I took my ECU to them. Also, its going to be same way with Jarek in Canada either send it or visit him. there is no if's about it.

I've been talking to Stan a bit.. the last thing he wanted me to do about 5 days ago now was to check and see if i could visually tell if the def tank was actually low. He initially thought the def counter was something that could be reset like an oil change. Since then i've sent 4 emails about the issue but haven't heard anything back. I realize i'm not his only customer so i'll give him some time. He did say since RSW didn't pay he was offering the spiderboot at cost to the original 10 @ $400. But since the EDC17 ECU doesn't support MPF yet i don't see the point in spending another $400 on top of what was already paid at this point when the def issue should've been turned off initially. I'm gonna give him a chance to fix the problem but if i that doesn't pan out i'll have to go to another tuner and spend more $$. It seems Jarek is very familiar with the US spec D since they drive em up in CA. And i guess i still consider them local instead of across the pond..haha

Very simple guys. Your agreement is with Rsworx, not stan. If rsworx ripped off stan then file a chargeback with your credit card company. Enough BS is enough.
BTW I'm not running dpf delete because i sold the car and got a x5 diesel instead. I'm furious as to the multitude of people that are having issues and nothing is being done!!! If their relationship is broken then I'll have to get all my tune money back then!!! I do have a regular ecotune x5 tune paid for. |

Agree w/u Joe, STAN got hosed by RS and people should call CC companies and file a complaint thru them and BBB.
