Washing the car made me tired. Id usually wash clay wash. Take a BRAKE, apply the seal and let it sit over night then apply wax. Now I think I'm gonna wash clay wash then leave the seal and wax for tomorrow. I just like to let the seal sit for as long possible

wife buys some 2" thick ny strips....sounds great, but she's all over my ass over why its taking so long to grill....
gotta go low and slow to not char the outside but get the innards pink...then it has to rest... next time don't buy such thick meat, you aren't used to handling it

yes, a little char on the outside is good, just can't go crazy with a thick piece of meat...at one point she went to open the grill....like she didn't believe me until I told her if she fukn touches my grill I'm gonna throw the meat into the garden. In the end it came out a perfect med....
