So as you all know yesterday was my first day back to the gym, I took it easy and hit all muscle groups to get "being sore" all done at once! I feel good! Bi's are alil sore, but everything else feels pretty good. I took today off for a lil recovery and tomorrow will be another day at the Oxford Athletic Club! I am sick of paying their rates tho! I get a discount, but some people are paying over 250.00 / month to go here! Unreal, I pay 110.00 / month and that is redick! I get a discount because I live in the neiborhoos in which the club sits. You guys should see the T N A at this place, Jerry, you would never be able to workout!

yah but this place has everything you could imagine! It is used for major tennis events and they have their own salon and all kinds of shit, tanning is $1.00 / minute there.

yah but NOX is just going to bloat your muscles, it is intended to flow as much blood into your muscles as possible to tear it the quickest and pump you up! If you are going to go this route then make sure you get some creatine to keep your muscles hard and it is also amazing for recovery!
