Odo turned over 11k miles yesterday

We have a Japanese Maple extends out over driveway and the 328 had been parked under it this past week. Meh, that was messy... Photo here after a little highway run and before carwash later. Such a smooth hwy cruiser. Super clean lines, these E92's eh? And style 197 wheels are sweet. Cheers all

Update on the Comfort access, Individual audio and PDC retrofit.

Nothing works. I did not do a lot investigation, Im putting the interior back together to start the car, but here what I did.

- I did swap all this from the donor car : DME, keys, cluster, CAS, FRM, PGS, PDC module, ALL audio wiring, screen, headunit, amplifier, speakers .

- Individual = no sound
- Comfort = do nothing
- PDC = do noting

I did check the option with NCS (VO) and it's all there, I mean I use same parts.

Double check fuses, I added 3 new.

fun day

I upload to flickr, then cut/paste the resized photo link.
Hassle if you're on a phone, but NBD on a computer.

I resized it with MSPaint I think. When I got home I transfered the pic to my computer and it has a resize option. I don't know how on my phone... Lol. I deleted it and then uploaded smaller pic to post. Although I think I went too far and lost any interesting resolution. Maybe I'll redo it...

SOMETIMES the simplest is the answer !

- Individual = no sound ; FIXED ; plugged back the SOS module and re-inserted all fuses. Dont know which one did the trick.
- Comfort = do nothing. FIXED . Remote battery... yeah. fck me. The battery inside it was 3.1V, but too low it seems !
- PDC = do noting. Im not 100% sure, need to replace the sensors, but seems I have power and some reading.

so the interior starting to get together

Yesterday I did a thorough interior detail on the 328. Started raining so exterior detail will come soon enough. 330 will get that treatment once the rest of my B&W speakers come in.

Today I replaced the L7 amp. Interestingly it's replacement is 1.5oz lighter. Also installed the coilover damper extensions I've been procrastinating on, and re-set up the F10 trunk cigarette lighter. Almost forgot I secured the front lip with some better hardware too

oVeRdOsE. good to know. Love having an arsenal of trustworthy eBay sellers lol.
Here's where I got mine from

Don't know when the last time the car had an alignment and forgive me if I missed your post about having it done however, if you have not had an alignment then have one done. You'd be surprised what a small change can make in the drivability of the car.

Made myself a 3D printed velocity pipe for the fog light hose I got in the bumper. So I can take the hose out of the brake duct

I’ve had tint on all 3 of my BMWs (E46 & 2 E90s). No matter what anyone says, shades > tint.
For the cool factor alone! Though the rear power shade does tend to age poorly (the one in my F10 no longer retracts without help, need to change the motor).

Wonder what tint + shades would do…

I agree.
And it's not just for cool (pun intended? ) factor alone... you cannot lower a tinted window for little breeze and still have shade.

Anyone in here got a front painted? I have a primed front bumper waiting to get painted and am curious what a reasonable price for BMW metallic paint (A53 in my case). I have one quote for $400 so far.

oVeRdOsE. I am willing to bet you can get that remote to sync to your Homelink buttons in the mirror. Edit: just saw what you actually did. Very sneaky. Love it.

On things I did today:
Battery charger crapped out. Bought a new one. This one fits under the hood. For the first time ever I can charge my battery overnight. Very exciting lol
