no shipping due to shipping hazard. Only reason why I didn't order a OEM online. My friend's bmw hook up was still overpriced.. ~200+

Damn, I might as well go aftermarket then. The indy shop I usually go to suggested I don't go with an aftermarket then, but only said it might cause electrical issues. That's why I was looking at OEM.

Yeah it's just a battery. Nothing fancy about the BMW one. As long as you code it correctly you will be fine.

I tried to go to lunch in downtown Andover and both Sauce and Bertucci's were packed. We ended up at King's subs since it was packed everywhere else.

Back to the battery question, is that the IBS cable on the right side of this picture with the black plastic leads? It's just hanging out and is not connected to anything.

fwiw I need to attach mine...maybe we split some betalink and use it at the same time?

I can't decide if I should paint it or not...leaning towards painting it. But if I get it painted i'll just make the shop install it. Thoughts anyone on painting it or leaving it CF? The weave is great and the clear coat...I just don't want it to look ricey.

Fun morning in New England

So I thought a rough idle was not completely uncommon for my new (to me) 335i and just drove off and hoped things would get better. Nope! I started getting terrible misfires and got stuck. Torgus is quite certain based on the photos below that we are dealing with bad injectors.

FML after 2 weeks of BMW ownership.

You have a CF arkym lip right? I would leave it, it isn't too ricey imo. Also down to split, just let me know, gonna try to just adjust the tape for now.

Going to keep look at alternatives until then I guess. Not a big deal on my end since my lip sits on top of my wrapped trunk.

Yes, I was thinking if I do the Duke Dynamics cf bumper insert and cf splitters that go under the side skirts that it would all flow together...I guess my only thought was the CF would all be on the bottom of the car...decisions decisions...

Claude it's time for a new injector!

I am also looking for a cf side skirt splitter but not willing to drop so much money on them. Cheapest I found are like 400 after shipping and prob require modification.

I'm in the same boat. I would like to pay $300 or $150 per side. That would be a fair price I think.

Yeah, I found someone in Florida who makes them with aluminum for about 220$ shipped but required 7 self tapping screws. There was a poly one on ebay that I would have tried but it seems its long gone. Next closest cheap/quality one is like 600.... All the other ebay ones are for m3's

I was under the impression the ones with pre drilled holes won't align. BUT won't know till a trigger is pulled. Thought about just buying those anyways and modifying it if ness.
