I’ve had 12.5 spacers in the garage for over a year now. Finally decided to order the correct length studs and put the spacers on the rear wheels of the e90. Looks so much better. No more tucking wheels like a truck.

Crazy to think that the rear tires are 9.5 wide and still don’t look that wide on the e90. I put one on the e82 once and it looked ten times bigger.

Whilst Firstborn was trying to get INPA connected (no luck so far) I piddled around and did some minor upkeep. Stared with the cupholder which now slides out great after doing a zip tie fix:

Then swapped out the PS reservoir O ring. I replaced the entire reservoir in Dec '21, so it's pretty much three years old and squished flat:

Firstborn is getting closer, but sheesh it's a nightmare just getting standard tools installed and running :-/

MidWillamette335d 's strut tower caps came in today was going to install them when I remembered the engine bay was filthy. I'll have to detail it soon. Today the 328 got its first wash in months (poor thing) and it's first ever exterior detail under my ownership. I thoroughly enjoyed that but man could it use a decon wash and paint correction. Still shiny though! 😁

East Coast to the West Coast, and everywhere in between!!!

I am a sucker for OEM+ and love thoughtful little add ons like this!!!

Just went through my garage and organized my parts boxes. Lots of take off parts that I'm hanging on to for some reason. Then two aluminum and one dark glacier interior trim sets, a X3 heat exchanger, and a an E30 alarm system ready to go. Just need another car to put them on!!!

And I'm s detailing freak. That strut tower hole is always a sore spot on a shiny engine bay, it's always dirty. This is something that should have been OE.

Don't get me started on the contents of my shed, I'm kind of a hoarder when it comes to parts.

Exactly. I might be turning over 500k and I need new bushings and all the production lines are shut down. I might need those rusty old bushings some day.

I’m actually glad someone did not buy some of my ridiculously cheap parts. They ended up being “upgrades” for my e90 haha.

Does it have a sunroof lol? I think eventually I will change out the seats in the e90. The back ones are not as nice as I’d like them to be.

I think BMW left it open to prevent moisture buildup. Just a thought and only an opinion of mine. Plus, where are the rodents supposed to store food if you close up the strut tower hole?

Mine was hanging on by a thread has the plastic head partially broken already. It was somehow pushing the coil spring into the wall of the extension in nearly stopping us movement.
So the zip tie I got it where it needs to be!
I've never in my life used it, but it's fixed!
