can any one here explain me the logic of shifting maps, used by TCU.
for example: for 20% throttle map determine upshift at 2000 RPM for 50% throttle map determine upshift at 3000 RPM the question is how TCU calculate shifting RPM at 35% opened throttle, is it will be average value of 2500 RPM or? =) also, it is not a problem to test this by myself with experimental map, but maybe some one know how it works? Understanting this will help for better tuning of shiftmaps. |

Sorry, didn't mean not to help. Just didn't know the information you were looking for. If you care to help others it would be nice if you can post the information on which address the rev limiter can be found.

In tunerpro there are maps that are not defined. Winols are easy to find. For example hs1<2 and hs2<3 pressure up shift map there is another map its the same 6x10.Мaybe it's down shift. .I'm not testing. Winols i found a lot of maps that are not in tunerpro.I don't know if this information will help you.

Guys, need your hints and expirience )
Which maps corrrespond to downshifting when need for fast acceleration on D from lower rpms? For example when i smoothly drive on 3-rd gear on my 530d about 1300rpm and fast press throttle pedal to 100% then tranny didnt downshift to a 2 gear, and continued to slow acceleration from 3rd before turbo spinup. Theese problem solved in xhp tunes. But present in original alpina software. I'm 100% know that it is not a shiftmaps. And seems that there is something not described in XDF, what i need. Any suggestions? is it kickfast function? Last edited by MeMpHiSj; 06-08-2020 at 07:37 PM.. |
