They looks like my Alzor 030 but in a bronze color?

I agree with eljay, you should see my car....

Received the 034 street sport engine mounts and oil service kit. This weekend I'll be busy for a couple hours. Will be buying an engine support bar as well to assist with the lowering of the subframe since I've read everywhere that the passenger side is terrible to do. I recently did my e82 that is only rear wheel drive and it wasn't fun so I can't imagine xDrive making it any better of a job to do.

Worked on my 2011 328xi today. Been chasing a steering issue. I replaced the original PS pump at 140k and unfortunately went with a Lares pump from Rock Auto. Made some noise from day one and leaked fluid from the pressure hose fitting. After a year or so I replaced it via warranty and that one basically did the same thing. So I went to eBay and found a clean low miles BMW PS pump from California ($45). I also bought a new lower steering shaft and high pressure line. To my surprise the shafts lower ujoint was locked up tight. And only moved in one direction (explains the heavy steering feel and lack of centering). Anyway got it all in, steering is silent and works as it should. No leaks and drives nice. Hopefully good for a while!

If you live in a salt, snow area definitely check the lower steering shaft. FCP has a good video explaining how to get it out and once I watched it,the job was fairly easy. Couldn't believe how bad the ujoints is.

Did the first oil change on the E90. It needs motor mounts badly.

I am entertaining the idea of trading it for a e46 vert though.

Changed the oil as well and also replaced the worn out motor mounts. I forgot what a difference that makes. Car was so sloppy doing everything and anything. Now it's so much smoother. The transmission already shifted what I though was smooth but man, can't barely feel the shifts now. Although the trans mounts should be next.

I'm at 102k and I don't think the motor and transmission mounts have been replaced. Should I do that as preventative maintenance or just wait tell they die? The engine is not shaking and the trans is acting ok for the most part besides the occasional rough shift from 2-3 or 3-4.

Going to be installing my Aluminum MM flange in about half an hour! I will post pics of the old one so we can see how bad it was. I also FINALLY ordered my long-awaited rear spoiler:https://www.ecstuning.com/b-ecs-part...als&utm_term=1
I've been wanting to install this from the day I bought my car but wanted to make sure I had most of the maintenance items out of the way first. Scheduled for delivery Wednesday!

The motor mounts could be causing the rough shifting as well as an overdue fluid flush. When was the last time the trans fluid was changed?

Ok. I guess that's good to know because I really didn't want it to be solenoids or something like that. The fluid and filter were changed in March of this year. I then did a second fluid change about 1000 miles later to get more of the fluid out. So two fluid changes this year using only ZF products. Unless I need a third change then it looks like motor mounts might be the issue since I have no codes, and the trans is dry so It can't be seals. Will defiantly be putting this on my to-do list. Just found this kit off FCP Euro with trans and motor mounts for only $269:https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/bmw...-22116773744kt

You were lucky, mine broke into three pieces as I slide it out. Others here had posted of it failing and getting stranded as coolant flowed out of the engine bay. I too replaced mine with an aluminum version.

That looks like a decent kit. Wouldn't be a bad idea to run more than OEM motor mounts given the mods you have done your car. Will give the mounts a little more longevity. People are also adding silicone into the engine mount to give it less flex but don't know how much I trust that. I replaced mine with the 034 mounts. They feel great.

Looks like they are only $50 more.

Thanks! I'll probably be holding off on this for now because I have some other things I would like to do first.

I got flagged down today on a road near my house. Guy told me my wheels looked like they were going to fall off.

Switched over to my old apex with spacers over 2 weeks ago. Car felt fine and I even hit triple digits (allegedly).

These POS ECS spacers were warped. Wheel was literally wobbling. BOTH sides.. I am glad it was just that. I was expecting something catastrophic.

Cannot believe no one said anything.

Also through the research I saw that CIC early screens had the protective glass and then BMW decided to ditch the glass and add an anti glare coating to the screens which made me question what to me seems to be a poor decision. I'd much rather have the protective glass scratched and having the ease to buff it than leave scratches all over the screen itself. Not like the screen has touch screen function either. I wonder what the reasoning was behind that decision..
Economics. That’s also when they dropped the light sensor used to auto change the display to night mode. I swapped my CIC screen into my CCC housing after carefully unplugging the sensor off the back of the display in case I ever find the rare early CIC screen from e60? E70? F01? that had the sensor provision still

Today I got the great joy of getting to replace my pass rear window regulator since it failed and window dropped to the bottom about 20 minutes before sunset. Had to grab one from Autozone to not let neighborhood cats r7n rampant since it is relocated to the driveway this week. (I’m grtt8mg ready o for a garage sale). I will say e90s are the easiest ot remove and replace of ANY regulator of any year or brand I’ve done, ever.
Like 15 minutes start to finish to take out and 15 minutes back in. T20 & t30 screw driver, and a 10mm socket.

Welcome to the bronze wheel club. Your’s are definitely a darker more antique bronz3 than mine but that works imo very nicely against the main paint color.

After some digging I believe the part # I want is 65829193755. From my understanding this would be the early CIC screen with the protective lens that resembles the CCC unit
